Grace VandenBroek (Douro Dummer, ON) just keeps moving closer and closer to her Olympic dream, but continues to take things one step at a time. VandenBroek, a member of the Trent Excalibur rowing program, as well as the RCA NextGen Program, has been nominated by Rowing Canada Aviron and the Canadian Olympic Committee to row at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from October 7-11, 2018. She will compete in the women's single sculls.

“I am thrilled and honoured to be able to represent Canada at the Youth Olympic Games in Argentina,” said VandenBroek.  “This is an amazing opportunity to compete with the best young rowers in the world and to make new connections with people right around the globe.
